The last retreat ~ Inwards Retreat on 15 March 2026

This 3-hour journey was so wholesome, connecting and beautiful. Everyone came in with an open heart and left feeling at peace and with a sense of returning home to the self. I am truly grateful and honoured to share this wonderful event with equally amazing people.

On this special morning, 8 beautiful women gathered together to go on the journey inwards. We opened the morning with some nourishing herbal tea and then forming a circle to connect with each other. We chanted the Gayatri Mantra to invoke the light within us and shared a little about ourselves. I then had the honour of guiding everyone through a gentle Hatha Yoga practice, followed by introspective practices to take us into a deep place of stillness in preparation of our journaling.

We then closed this peaceful morning with restorative yoga, a sound bath, closing chant and some delicious home-made chai and food.

Nourish retreat on 21st December 2025

At the end of last year, a small group of us gathered for this retreat just before the peak of Christmas. We had three beautiful hours to explore hatha & restorative yoga, pranayama, meditation, as well as go on a sound journey and meditate.

We had the safe container of the studio to dive in and a lot of space to just be and receive.

We finished the class with a beautiful mantra to invoke the divine feminine and connected with delicious home-made chai and food.

It was indeed such an honour and joy to guide people from feeling heavy and stressed to a place of spaciousness, peace and nourishment.
